This online space is meant to be a guide for educational and informational purposes.

To fill this space with creative content, I use my personal experiences, advice, and various additional resources including but not limited to experience in my kitchen, the importance of human experience, and sometimes studies on food, connection, and sharing. (Always sourcing them, of course…)

That said, my advice/insight/thought/recommendation doesn’t come with any guarantees. By visiting this site, you’re essentially signing a contract that says how you understand I make no guarantees, and you won’t try to sue me or report me to the government, the friends around your table, or the guy that sells you veggies from his garden.

Because that would be really awkward. Am I right?

P.S.- Because I have to let you know this, I collect email addresses (you provide them, I don’t go stealing) for my mailing list. I won’t ever sell your information, or share it with anyone — ever. Not even my own family.
